spicy beef which is a very popular delicacy, as well as traditional
Cork foods such as tripe, (cows stomach), Crubeens (pigs feet),
and drisheens which is local blood sausage. Even a bouquet of flowers
could be snapped up within the confines of this very historical
Cork Market.
